Homeopathy 18 Remedy Kit (Helios.co.uk)

Please watch the video on how to use the remedies.

How to dose:

Dry dose: One pillule at a time, repeat at 30-60 min intervals as soon as possible after severe injury or onset of symptoms. Stop or lengthen intervals with improvement. 1-2 days should be sufficient. To dispense, gently shake 1 pillule into the cap of the vial or a spoon and throw/slip it under the tongue to dissolve.

Wet dose: dissolve 1 pillule in water. This is especially useful when you have a very small baby or need to repeat the remedy several times or over several days. It makes the pillules last a lot longer too. If doing this, use a glass or bottle, and either stir or shake vigorously before each dose (a spoonful or a sip from the bottle).

Never touch the pillules, as this reduces their efficacy, and always take it on a clean tongue, which means no food or drink for 10-20 mins before and after each dose. Each dose should be dissolved under the tongue.

Care & storage of homeopathic medicines and kits:

Special handling and storage is needed to avoid possible contamination or weakening of the remedies. When correctly stored, remedies can last several generations.. no need to consider Best Before dates!

· Keep away from strong light, high temperatures and exposure to strong odours.

· Keep them in the container that they are supplied in, and never transfer to another bottle.

· Open only when administering a dose, and for the minimum time possible. Do not touch the cap or cork.

· If by accident, more pills that specified are shaken out of the bottle, do not return them, throw them away.

The best way to keep them is in a cool dark place away from extremes of temperature or odour, and when you travel with them, wrap them in Aluminum Foil to shield them from x-rays, electro-magnetic fields etc.
